Sometimes we just need to say thank you. Coming from the space of a big open and loving heart, we allow warmth and generosity to flow freely.
The cedarwood generates a feeling of warmth, like an open heart. The lemon grass and lemon myrtle feel sweet, like an open mind. The cardamom is both warm and spicy, very loving and inviting.
Positivity comes within and extends far and wide.

Directions:
Use on a daily basis in your oil burner/vapouriser, or if you’re in the practise of doing journaling, to remind and strengthen your practise of gratitude, giving thanks for what you have. Add a few drops to Nudie oil, to feel gratitude for who you are, and smell amazing in the process.
It also makes a lovely gift for someone who has shown kindness towards you.
