Directions: Inhale directly from the roll on, or onto the palm of the hands, and gently breathe in the aroma. Apply to your pulse points & temples before meditation, yoga or any personal ritual you may take part in, to create your own sacred space, to embrace you. It’s also a blend that can be worn as an everyday perfume, or to use if you’re in a busy palace, while travelling, to bring a sense of calm.
