The herbaceous clary sage is well known for its euphoric actions and is said to bring us more closely in touch with dreamland. Lavender is a favourite for its sedative and stress relieving properties, and the citrus in orange and petitgrain also relax our nervous system. The sweet flower of the ylang ylang eases any tension while the richness from the ho wood and cedarwood, are calming and soothing. The essential oils are suspended in crystal infused water of rose quartz, amethyst and clear quartz. This balanced composition uses amethyst to soothe, clear quartz for healing and rose quartz to foster tranquility.
